Owners
By listing a property you confirm that you own it or are allowed to sell or rent it, and that the price and details are true. We may remove listings that are wrong or misleading.
Our fee
Our service charge is agreed in writing before a deal and is paid only when the deal is completed.
Viewings
Viewings are arranged with the owner. Please arrive on time and bring a photo ID.
